  • Fees:

    • Minimum standard fee: $90 per page.

    • Standard TEP (translation, editing, proofreading): $0.27 per word for specialized texts

    • Certified translations (for legal use): $90 per page (250–300 words), including a Certificate of Translation valid for official use in the U.S.

  • Turnaround: Standard output is 2,500 words per business day. Larger volumes may be accommodated by prior arrangement.

    • Urgent requests (+2,500 words/day): 30% surcharge

    • Immediate delivery (same day): 50% surcharge

  • Submission Requirements: Text must be provided in an editable format with a simple layout. Tables, complex graphics, or diagrams are not included in the standard service.

At abc Productions, we strive to provide the highest quality translation services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your translation request. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and mutually protective.

  • Cancellation Before Execution: Cancellations made prior to the start of work are subject to the $75 minimum standard fee. Eligible refunds will be processed within five (5) business days, less applicable processing costs.

  • Cancellation During Execution: Cancellations made after work has commenced will be billed based on the exact volume of work (source words) completed up to the moment of cancellation, or the $75 minimum standard fee, whichever is greater.

  • Administrative Fees & Refund Processing: A non-refundable 10% administrative fee applies to all eligible refunds and is deducted from the total amount paid. When possible, refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of a Force Majeure, standard cancellation fees shall be waived, and any initial deposits will be retained as a full credit toward future services.

  • The request and booking of translation services constitute a binding contract.

  • By authorizing abc Productions to provide the services described under “Service Request and Booking” and/or by receiving such services, the Client assumes all payment obligations as well as the commercial and legal responsibilities established or implied in this document.

  • The Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions set forth herein and acknowledges their legally binding nature.

All services requested by the Client will be provided and must be paid in full, as stipulated in this document.

  • Payment Schedule: * Individuals: 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking, prior to the commencement of any work.

    • New Corporate Clients: A 50% advance deposit is required prior to work commencement, with the remaining 50% balance due upon delivery of the translated files.

    • Approved Agencies & Firms: Operating on a NET 30 basis; full payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days following service delivery.

  • Administrative Flexibility: If your organization requires alternate billing arrangements to comply with internal administrative processes, please contact us prior to booking to discuss mutually beneficial solutions.

  • Accepted Methods: All valid credit cards and digital wallets are accepted via our secure payment portal. Personal checks are strictly not accepted. Clients are kindly requested to email proof of payment to admin@abcProductions.llc.

Late Penalties: For invoices operating on NET terms, payments not received within the specified timeframe (e.g., 30 calendar days of the invoice date) are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance.
